What will be required?
- Proactive management of assets and clients.
- Valuation of properties.
- Negotiation with clients, both buyers and owners.
- Organisation and realisation of visits to properties.
- Constant liaison with clients. We provide a complete service, pre and post-sale.
- Continuous support and accompaniment to owners and buyers.
- Actively market properties to attract assets and clients.
- Loyalty to both the customer and company.
- Actively search for new business opportunities.
You should be:
Self-employed or interested in collaborating in this business model.
Resident in Lagoa or surroundings.
Able to speak both Portuguese & English.
Have a car and a laptop
