We are active in the area of film production, developing our own movies and productions, co-producing with others, and enabling production services in the region. Since 2022 Spy Manor has established the Spy Manor Real Estate business unit, to offer their clients an experience of ease and luxury in purchasing and selling their houses.
Besides our real estate, and filming-related activities, we help our clients express their dreams and passions. We live and breathe movies and believe both our personal and professional lives can be enhanced by the movies we love. We provide concept planning of bespoke garages and home cinemas, all of them inspired by specific themes.
We are property developers and create properties inspired by iconic movies. Having at our disposal some of the most impressive properties in the Algarve, we design tailor-made corporate hospitality packages to surprise our clients’ guests and help them leave with unforgettable memories. We design, execute and host one-off events.
Villa Skyfall is our flagship property and was designed to be the chosen venue for the most important and exclusive events in the region. It is a spectacular venue for product launches, fashion shows, salon talks, press events, and more.

Spy Manor is composed of a multi-cultural team with different nationalities, languages and professional experiences. We have chosen the Algarve as base because we love the region. We can share our local knowledge and experience in the region making the whole process a lot easier from beginning to end.
Our mission is to elevate the image of Portugal as a location for luxurious experiences and encourage other companies, brands and high net worth individuals to invest in the region. We aim to raise the profile of the country with the support of our large network of contacts in the high-end automotive, film and media industries. An important part of our work is to also give back to people in need in this region, through charity events.
Portugal offers one of the most attractive production incentives in Europe with up to 30% cash rebate. The incentive ranges from 25% to 30%. The minimum production expenditure required for fiction and animation is 500,000 Euros. For documentaries and post-production the minimum required is 250,000 Euros. The program’s annual cap is set at 14.4 million USD, and it will continue at least through 2021.

- Pre-production: We will help you with various elements to prepare your material and video concept to a successful production process – including support on the script, casting, location scouting, as well as identifying the crew and equipment you may need.
- Production/post-production services: We can develop promo videos for marketing and advertising too. Our specialists will transform the pictures and footage you capture into a final professional video.
- Unique venue for exceptional events: If you are looking for an extraordinary location to host an unforgettable product launch and amaze your guests, you can take their imagination to the next level by choosing our Spy Manor property. The panoramic ocean views, the opulence of the property’s interior and exterior design alongside the exquisite natural landscape surrounding it will hypnotise your audience and leave a truly unforgettable memory. We would be happy to assist you organising the event, travel, accommodation and transportation.
